RNAscope on Our HPV Control Slides

RNAscope is an RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) method that enables routine detection of genes in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue. It enables as much as 400-fold enhancement in signal-to-noise ratio, making it one of the most sensitive RNA ISH methods available. Advanced Cell Diagnostics Inc. have developed a HPV assay to the high risk types. The results here confirm HistoCyte’s HPV-CMA utility in IHC, DNA ISH and now RNA ISH.
